Suggestions
Use only when you are going to have uncovered skin in direct sunlight for more than 1 hour. One application will last all day, even when you are swimming and this lotion does not sit on top of the skin as most other sunscreens do, but soaks right into the skin. And with a complete application, you will not burn.
