Shipping within the United States

We use USPS & FedEx Ground to ship all domestic orders within the United States.

Free Shipping On All Domestic Orders

Order Processing: Most of the orders are shipped within five business days of placing the order unless the product is back-ordered. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.

  • Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. In most cases, this is five business days. Please keep in mind that these are estimates based on previous shipping times and may sometimes take a little longer based on stock availability and demand.
  • Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. Standard Shipping typically takes seven business days to arrive.

We usually ship your product direct from our own warehouse within five business days after you order a product from our site. 

International Orders

USPS ships all our international orders.


First-Time International Customers Credit Card verification Policy:

International Customers can order online, just like domestic customers. However, please note that first-time international customers MUST:

  • Email com a copy of the front page of their credit card statement (monthly statement/ bill sent to you indicating how much you have spent)
  • Or a copy of the front and back of your credit card along with a utility (water, electricity or gas) bill indicating your name + shipping address.

This step is only done once for the first time customer to verify that you are indeed the owner of the card and that there is no fraud or misconduct. Only after verifying the credit card, we will ship the order.

Customs and Duties:

CBDSpaza.com is NOT responsible for any, and all packages detained/impounded/or returned to us by the country's respective Customs Department. It is the FULL responsibility of the customer to ensure that these vitamins and supplements are allowed by their Customs. Customs regulations vary significantly by country.

If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 20 per cent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country. 

International Customers may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, etc. These charges are separate from your shipping charge.
