The Merry Hempsters Organic Arnica Salve has traditionally been used for aches, sprains, strains, shin splints, and bruises. We find it to be great for helping reduce pain after a workout, sore feet and even arthritis pain.

Organic Cannabis sativa (Hemp) Seed Oil, Apis mellifera (Bees) Wax, Symphytum Officinale (Comfey) Root and Leaf, Organic Arnica montana (Arnica) Flowers, Organic Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Infused in Organic Olea europaea (Olive) or Organic Helianthus annuus (Sunflower) Oil), (Essential Oils of: Gaultheria procumbens (Wintergreen) Leaf and Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary)), Non-GMO d-alpha Tocopherols (Vitamin E), Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) Extract.
Suggestions
Apply topically as needed. Place a small amount on your finger, and apply on to the affected joint or muscle. Reapply as needed.
